Describe your job in 25 words or less:
SPMC Security Operations. SecurID, ANCs, Switch Access & NOC SMIP and process requests that are submitted to the SecurID support group queues in Remedy, ensuring that all cases are delivered within given SLAs. This will be SecurID profile building and provisioning, resetting devices, PIN guidance, basic troubleshooting according to Telefonica requirements.

What has been your proudest moment at O2?
I’ve only been with Telefonica 3 months but plenty to be proud of already. The best so far would have to be supporting and assist customers with queries and provide guidance on best practice around SecurID processes e.g. raising requests, troubleshooting, access methods and associated procedures.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Speaking and meeting with different people every day. I get a complete view of what the business is driving towards.
What advice would you give to people looking for a role in O2?
I always advised my friends and relatives that our contract vacancies are advertised online.

Motivated, Punctual, A good team player
Do you feel you can bring your true self to work?
Yes – everyone I’ve met here is really down to earth and themselves. It’s great to work in such an open environment.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Gym and playing Cricket on weekend in SESCL league.
