We are known as the EPSC Resourcing Team internally but to external applicants who are applying we are the Resourcing Team who deal with our Advisor, Guru, Assistant Store Leader and Store Leader vacancies within O2. Our role is to recruit for both full time and part time positions for the 250 O2 stores so as you can imagine we are a busy team.
The team is made up of 6 of us, our job titles are Resourcing Advisors, and we all work closely together to ensure that anyone who applies to work within our Stores are given the best candidate experience possible. The 250 stores are up and down the UK so it is split in to Territories (North, South and Central) so we have Resourcing Advisors recruiting for the individual Territories that they are given but at times we have to work closely together to help support each other in whatever way we can as we are one team whose purpose is to find quality candidates for O2.
We are a fun, friendly, outgoing team so when we call you for a chat about your application and why you applied for a role within O2, we hope this helps you to be as relaxed as possible. The key to any good interview is to stay calm and be yourself but we know it is easier said than done.
If you do apply and get through to the O2 chat stage of the process, it is just that, a chat. We won’t grill you about your past work or take you through an in depth interview. We really just want to get a feel for what you are like and how you interact with people, it all about having a great conversation. We may ask you to give us some examples about past work but it is nothing too hard. It’s really just a chance for you to show us what you can bring to O2. Check out what else to expect here
