As a team of Territory Trainers, we support the learning and development of our people across the whole store’s estate. Through our L&D Roadmap, we deliver a wide range of development for all roles in stores.
We are a key resource for all new starters as they begin their journey with O2; facilitating our Induction Workshops, helping them understand our company values, showing them how to succeed within their role and making sure they are aware of all the career opportunities available to them within O2.
Beyond this we support our people’s development through various role-specific workshops and programmes, ensuring everyone has what they need when they need it. Working so closely with our store teams allows us to truly understand the needs of our people and the business, we can then use this knowledge to help shape the development that is made available for stores, ensuring it is tailored and always relevant.
